2. Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). When you open the site, technical data sent by your browser is processed automatically: IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, referrer, browser type and operating system. This is necessary to provide the site, keep it stable and protect it against abuse. We do not combine this data with other sources.
3. Forms
If you fill in a form (“Respond to a task”, “Press request”, “I want to start a cell”), we store only the fields you filled in, together with the date of submission. Your IP address and browser data are not saved with the submission. Submissions are kept in a Cloudflare D1 database under EU jurisdiction and deleted automatically after the period stated below the form (usually 90 days). Only the recipients assigned to that form can see them; a recipient learns about a new submission from a short email that does not contain it.
Cloudflare Turnstile protects the forms against bots: it checks technical features of the browser when a form is sent.
The membership form is encrypted in your browser with the party’s public key and sent to a closed party system. The site never receives it in readable form and does not store it.

5. Statistics and third-party services
Visit statistics use Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia) on servers in the EU. Plausible works without cookies, does not store IP addresses and builds no visitor profiles: we see only totals (pages, where visits come from, country).
In addition, Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.) collects general visit statistics through the script static.cloudflareinsights.com. It works without cookies or browser storage, builds no visitor profiles and does not use your IP address for tracking.
Fonts and all other files are loaded from our own site. There are no other external services, ads or trackers. If that changes, this policy will be updated.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. Please send requests to legal@mirparty.org. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
